OUR PIECE OF PARADISE is located on the private side of Building 7, adjacent to Ekahi's ocean front pool (and Keawakapu beach) and has a spacious FLOORPLAN, Two lanais offer garden, Haleakala or ocean views.

Our dining lanai (not pictured) is where you will want to be when you're in the condo. You'll eat here, watch the whales (in season), listen to the ocean waves and experience the most incredible sunsets, not to mention the exotic sounds of the tropical birds.

This is a big living unit completely redecorated and fully furnished with everything you could possibly need to make it your home away from home. Including a washer/dryer hidden in the entrance hall closet.
A custom built wall unit in the dining room offers extra storage as well as 2 twin Murphy type beds. Combined with the 2nd bath and its large dressing area, this makes comfortable accommodations for two additional guests.

Featuring cathedral ceilings, the living room and dining room areas are spacious, bright and airy, and full of tropical breezes.
Comfortable seating and good reading areas contribute to the restful feel. Central A/C, 2 ceiling fans, a 32" TV, DVD/CD and stereo player are available to enhance your comfort.

The kitchen is small but fully equipped for four and has everything you would want or need. It has been redone with new appliances & cabinets and opens up to the LR & DR.
Watching the swaying palm trees and progress at Maluhia, diminishes the dish washing chore. The breakfast bar is another favorite spot for guests to chat with the cook while enjoying our view.

The master bedroom suite has a cal king bed, adjoining bath and dressing room and private lanai which affords a quiet lush tropical garden view hideaway.
New central air conditioning, a ceiling fan & TV complete your comfort. (please note these photos are wide angle shots)

We knew someday we would have a home built in part of our view. This one will be beautifully landscaped soon.
Happily, we can still watch whales and enjoy sunsets and this view from our dinign lanai. Looking in the opposite direction, we can see Haleakala.

Farthest south of all Ekahi entrances (shared drive with Maluhia's white stone wall) is the drive that leads to building 7. Come all the way down to the end.
At Ekahi, every entrance has bougainvillea to welcome you. Even the recycling centers have beautiful, tropical flowers masking their purpose.

Wailea's Keawakapu Beach - wide and sandy for a half mile of uncrowded pleasure. At the south end is Ulua beach (great snorkeling) and the beginning of Wailea's two mile ocean front board walk.
